إِنَّمَا يَعْمُرُ مَسَاجِدَ اللَّهِ مَنْ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَأَقَامَ الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَى الزَّكَاةَ وَلَمْ يَخْشَ إِلَّا اللَّهَ فَعَسَىٰ أُولَٰئِكَ أَن يَكُونُوا مِنَ الْمُهْتَدِينَ
The mosques of Allah are only to be maintained by those who believe in Allah and the Last Day and establish prayer and give zakah and do not fear except Allah, for it is expected that those will be of the [rightly] guided. [Surah At-Taubah: v18]

Shaykh Masoud Laryea is originally from Ghana, a Hafidh of the Quran and a graduate of Ummul Quraa University. He is also a student of the esteemed scholar Shaykh Ibn Baaz (Rahimahullah) and many other renowned scholars. As our resident scholar, he is committed to serving our community and the City of Cleveland with knowledge and guidance. Present at every prayer, Shaykh Masoud is always here to support and nurture our spiritual growth.
